I help manufacturers in the Trophy, Engraving, Awards, and Medal industry, get in front of the right buyers — consistently.

About Me
I help trophy, engraving, awards, and medal manufacturers get in front of the people who actually buy.
Sports organizers. Schools. Corporate HR teams. The people who need 200 awards… and need them on time.
I got into this industry in a slightly unusual way.
I’m a runner. And after enough finish lines, I started wondering:
How do they make these medals and trophies so good?
That curiosity turned into research. Research turned into relationships. And eventually, a focus on helping recognition product manufacturers stay visible to the organizations that actually buy in volume.
No marketing fluff.
No spray-and-pray outreach.
Just smart positioning, qualified inquiries, and a pipeline that doesn’t rely on luck.

My Areas of Focus
I don’t sell spreadsheets of random contacts. And I’m not interested in vanity metrics. Everything I build is designed around one thing:
Bringing trophy, engraving, awards, and medal manufacturers qualified inquiries from organizations that are actively planning an event.
People with a real need. A real timeline. And a real budget.
1. Buyer Positioning
Before anything moves, we get clear on who actually buys from you in volume. Sports organizers? Schools? Corporate HR? Annual conferences? Different buyers think differently. Clarity here changes everything.
2. Visibility to Intent
I focus on placing manufacturers in front of organizations that are already looking for solutions — not interrupting people who aren’t. Timing matters in this industry. Events don’t happen randomly. There’s always a planning window. Being visible during that window is the difference between a conversation and silence.
3. Qualification Over Volume
More leads isn’t the goal. Better leads are. The kind that already know what they need. The kind that understand timelines. The kind that are ready to move forward.
4. Predictable Pipeline
Referrals are great. Trade shows help. But they shouldn’t be the only source of new business. My focus is building a steady flow of inbound inquiries — so production schedules aren’t dependent on hope or seasonality alone. Because when awards season hits, you should be busy by design. Not by accident.

Let’s work together
If you manufacture trophies, medals, plaques, or awards — and you’re tired of relying on referrals and luck — let’s talk.
I’d love to understand what you produce, who you want more of, and where your pipeline feels thin. We’ll figure out where the real buyers are. And build something that brings them to you — consistently.
No fluff.
No marketing circus.
Just clear positioning and a steady stream of serious inquiries.
