Hello! I'm Louie.
ABOUT ME
I didn’t start in the trophy and awards industry.
I started at finish lines.
I’m a runner. Early mornings. Long runs. The quiet suffering that somehow feels productive. And somewhere between medal number five and medal number twelve, I caught myself staring at one and thinking:
Who makes these?
Not casually. I mean really looking at it.
- The weight.
- The detail.
- The engraving.
- The way it feels like proof you did something hard.
Then something changed.
We built a running community.
And eventually, we started organizing races ourselves.
Which means I stopped being the guy receiving the medal — and we became the guy sourcing it.
And that’s when things got interesting.
Suddenly I wasn’t admiring design.
I was comparing quotes. Checking timelines. Reviewing mockups. Negotiating minimum order quantities.
Worrying about delivery dates.
I saw firsthand how important this industry is — and how difficult it can be for event organizers to find the right manufacturer at the right time.
Some suppliers were incredibly skilled… but hard to find.
Some were visible… but inconsistent.
Some were affordable… but unreliable on deadlines.
That experience flipped a switch for me.
There are exceptional trophy, medal, and award manufacturers out there. But many rely on referrals, trade shows, or hope.
And hope is not a sales strategy.
So I focused my work here.
I build lead generation systems specifically for trophy, engraving, awards, and medal manufacturers — helping them get in front of serious buyers:
- Race organizers
- Schools
- Corporate HR teams
- Event agencies
- Associations running annual program
The kinds of buyers I’ve been.
I don’t do generic marketing.
I study buying cycles. Event timelines. Procurement behavior. Volume triggers.
Because sports organizers think differently than corporate HR.
Schools buy differently than charities.
And everyone cares about one thing:
Will the awards arrive on time?
My work is simple in principle:
Connect capable manufacturers with organizations that order in volume before the deadline panic starts.
Steady inbound. Qualified inquiries. Predictable pipeline.
I respect this industry deeply because I’ve stood on both sides of it — the finisher holding the medal, and the organizer praying the shipment clears customs.
Recognition moments matter.
Whether it’s a muddy 10K, a school stage, or a black-tie gala — that award represents effort. The manufacturer behind it deserves visibility.
If you make trophies, medals, plaques, or awards — and you want consistent, serious buyers finding you —
That’s what I build for.
No marketing circus. No inflated promises.
Just systems that work.
Let’s work together
If you manufacture trophies, medals, plaques, or awards — and you’re tired of relying on referrals and luck — let’s talk.
I’d love to understand what you produce, who you want more of, and where your pipeline feels thin. We’ll figure out where the real buyers are. And build something that brings them to you — consistently.
No fluff.
No marketing circus.
Just clear positioning and a steady stream of serious inquiries.
